They don't stand up by themselves, and we didn't find a hook or cord on them for hanging; perhaps one can be added so they can hang on a tree, or glue them to wreaths or other decorations. Made of plastic/celluloid with hand painted faces, just adorable! We have two in stock:

Condition: Vintage - Used. Very Good Vintage Condition. We have two in stock, the pink glitter elf has marks on his face, the green flocked elf has glue residue on the back.
