Before juice boxes, there were Swanky Swigs — and they were considerably more charming: this brown enamel Kiddie Kup juice glass from Hazel Atlas dates to 1956, part of the beloved line Kraft Foods used to package its cheese spreads and jellies.

Design is in excellent condition, with a couple of light scratches near the top, most likely from the original lids used to seal the Kraft food product, entirely consistent with the history of these glasses. This little Kiddie Kup juice glass from Hazel Atlas is part of the beloved Swanky Swigs line, made popular by Kraft Foods who sold their cheese spread and jellies in reusable decorated glasses during and after the Great Depression. This one is brown, featuring large squirrels and deer on the sides and a band of tiny white animals across the top — sweet, graphic, and utterly of its era. Hand washing recommended to protect the design.

One of seven colors in the Kiddie Kup series, it's a favorite for collectors building the complete set.
