A Victorian Santa in a fur-trimmed red coat, toy basket in hand — no red sack in sight.
Signed by artist Wim Schimmer, this design also appeared on a set of Potpourri Press coasters issued in 1986, which helps date the tin to that year. Originally used for Nabisco pretzels, the tin's textured surface and warm Victorian scene have made it a favorite among tin collectors. It is now empty.
