Details: This is such an adorable, candy tin, or pill box! It was originally sold with the Chamber Candy Company's delicious Mint Cachous (tiny little mints they call "perfumed and flavored Victorian cachous"). The little tins vary and have become very collectible. This image has been retired, it features a girl wearing a colonial style bonnet and admiring an orange tree loaded with fruit. The bottom of the tin is marked: "Produced in England by The Chambers Candy Company , Eagle House, Halesowen, England". We found this company was incorporated in 2003, however, we have found candy tins with 1997 expiration dates, if the date of manufacture is important to you, further research will be needed. Great gift for a tin collector or to use as a pill or mints box.
