Pink lid, octagonal sides, bunnies and chicks and tulips and butterflies on every face. Holland, and possibly Daher.
Daher began making tins in Holland in the 1950s, and this cheerful octagonal candy tin bears all the hallmarks of their Dutch production — geometric form, fully decorated sides, and the kind of bright, uncluttered Easter imagery that has made these tins so sought-after. Every panel features bunnies, yellow chicks, butterflies, and tulips; the pink lid has an oval cartouche design at center. One very minor dent on the underside of the lid, not visible from the front. Interior clean.
A wonderful spring or Easter display piece for a child's room, a mantle, or a nursery. Hard to find in this condition.
