Details: A beautiful set of vintage flatware from Gorham Silver. This is their "Invitation" pattern with tiny leaves and berries all along the handle borders. We have three place settings, three pieces in each setting. Please note one knife is slightly different than the others, barely noticeable, but wanted to make you aware. You will receive: (3) three Dinner Forks, (3) three Teaspoons, and (2) two French Hollow Knives and (1) one Modern Hollow Knife. This is a very old pattern, introduced in 1940, and continued production until 1985, we estimate these pieces to be circa 1950's - 1960's, wear is consistent with age/use. The patina will add a level of wear only gained from older pieces, and highly desirable today. They are stamped: "Gorham Plate Pat. 1940". The knives are stamped: "Stainless", for the blade only. These will add elegance to your table and are perfect for a dinner or luncheon for 3 people.
Material: All Silverplated. Knives Only: Silverplated Handles, Stainless Steel Blades.
Dimensions: Knives: 8.75 inches Long, Forks: 7.25 inches Long, Teaspoons: 6.0 inches Long (5 and 7/8).
Condition: Vintage - Used. Very Good Vintage Condition. As with all old silverplated pieces, there are lots of surface scratches and other marks, we feel acceptable due to age/use/wear.
