Pattern: Vintage Candy Dish with Handle, Silver Roses, Bavaria Porcelain

Details: This is a beautiful 3-section serving dish from T. Bavaria. It is typically used to serve nuts, candies or any small item. It has gorgeous embossed silver roses within each section and it's bordered with lovely embossed swirls also in silver. But perhaps the most beautiful part is the handle, it has a very elegant shape and is rimmed in silver. All these decorations are on a bright white porcelain which makes them stand out beautifully! The back is stamped: "T. Bavaria Germany Design". We were unable to find any information on this porcelain manufacturer. There is also a sticker from an importer in the Bronx, NY called: "Marilena Imports". Through some research we found this importer opened its doors in 1988 and closed in 2011, based on the design of this dish and this information, we dated it to within 1988 and 1990's. Beautiful for a wedding or bridal shower, as a mother's day gift, or on your vanity to corral jewelry. Great with other silver decor.

Condition: Vintage - Used. Excellent Condition. There is a little bit of wear on the handle, acceptable from use/age. There are no chips, scratches, or crazing on this dish.
