- Details: This gorgeous plate is part of the Lindner Kueps Bavaria Christmas plates collection that ran from 1972 to 1977. These are limited edition plates, this specific pattern is limited to 2000 plates, after they're issued, the mould is destroyed. These are fine porcelain collector's plates handmade in genuine Cobalt Porcelain. This is the 1975 edition which features a traditional Bavarian village (Miltenberg, a town in Germany), there's a father and child admiring the beauty of the very large, lighted Christmas tree in gold gilt. The back is written in German, but loosely translates to: "Genuine Cobalt Porcelain, Handmade, Christmas Eve in Miltenberg, (Weihnachtsabend in Miltenberg), limited edition 2000, Made in Western Germany". It has pre-drilled holes for hanging with wire, already added, we'll leave it on there for you, but feel free to exchange it for nicer looking wire. Great addition to a blue and gold Christmas decor theme.
