Maison Coiffe, also known as Coiffe et Cie, was founded by L. Coiffe in Limoges, France. The seven-pointed star mark stamped "Limoges France" on this bowl was used by the company between 1891 and 1914; Coiffe manufactured whiteware porcelain blanks and tableware that were either decorated in France or exported to be hand-painted abroad.
The second mark on this bowl belongs to LS & S — Lewis Straus & Sons — prominent New York importers founded in the 1860s who imported fine hand-painted porcelain blanks from European factories like Coiffe's, added their own backstamp (this one used between 1872 and 1927), and distributed them across the United States. The Straus family grew into one of the largest American importers and manufacturers of fine glass and ceramics from England, France, Germany, and Austria. Based on both stamps, we can safely estimate this bowl to date from 1895 - 1914.
