Decanter, Avon, Paul Revere Golden Bell Decanter Patriotic, Vintage, 1979

Add a piece of Revolutionary War history to your shelf with this vintage Avon Paul Revere commemorative bell-shaped decanter.  
It features an embossed likeness of Paul Revere on horseback with a church in the background — the very place where Revere arranged for lanterns to be hung to signal the patriots: "One if by land, and two if by sea."  This decanter is empty, but retains aroma from previous content.

This is one of Avon's beloved figural decanters, part of the novelty collectible line they began introducing in the late 1960s. Originally filled with Clint Aftershave, this one retains a small amount of the original fragrance. The golden bell with it's "wooden" handle, is a small, charming object, a historically rich piece of patriotic Americana.

Perfect for display during patriotic holidays, or as part of an Avon figural collection. As America approaches its 250th anniversary in 2026, pieces like this feel especially timely.
