The roses are soft and beautifully rendered; the embossed dot borders at the top, foot, and along the handle evoke fine lace, giving the piece a delicacy that photographs can't fully capture. The shape itself is elegant — slender, well-proportioned, with a graceful spout. The pattern name is not known, but the piece speaks clearly enough on its own.
