Details: Absolutely beautiful creamer with a favorite Rose Medallion pattern featuring people on one side and flowers and birds on the other. It is entirely hand painted with wonderful texture. There's a cute little flower painted inside the spout, there are two hand painted floral "dots" on the handle, and the whole creamer is bordered in a rusty orange color. A wonderful addition to your Rose Medallion pattern collection! There is a condition issue, please see below.
