- Details: This is a very elegant footed serving dish, Mikasa calls it a Bon Bon Dish but we think there are so many uses for this beautiful piece, from the table to a buffet, even as part of your Christmas decor. It's from the Mikasa's Christmas Story collection, originally issued only in clear, later in green & red and lastly only bordered in red or green. There's lots of detail in this piece, it's a winter scene with the girl standing in a pine tree forest, she has decorated one tree with ornaments. There is a village in the background and mountains farther in the horizon. The platter has a beautiful scalloped, frosted edge. This would make a great hostess gift with a home made dessert or cookies. A great addition to your Christmas table.
