One side features an embossed likeness of Paul Revere on horseback with the date 1775, while the other bears an embossed American eagle — a beautiful and historically rich piece of patriotic Americana. Most likely produced around 1972 as part of Wheaton's beloved "Patriots" collection, this bottle is embossed on the bottom "Wheaton NJ." Wheaton Glass Company was founded in 1888 in Millville, New Jersey, originally producing bottles for the pharmaceutical and perfume industries. They became one of America's most beloved glass makers, known for their colorful commemorative and collectible bottles. The company remained family-owned until 1996 and closed in 2006 — making their vintage pieces increasingly collectible.
