A lovely addition to a Dallah or Middle Eastern craft collection — the crossed swords mark gives this piece documented provenance.
This is a vintage Arabic Dallah coffee pot in plated and etched brass with an intricate floral and leaf design. The Dallah is the traditional Bedouin vessel for brewing spiced coffee — a practice with roots going back to the 17th century. Marked on the bottom with the crossed swords symbol — characteristic of Saudi Arabian provenance — though maker is unconfirmed. Not cleaned — aged brass patina intact. The 2.5" and 5" versions are also available.
