  • Pattern: Avon Porcelain Mantel Clock, Winter Rose
  • Made in China
  • Not Vintage: 2005
  • Details:  This is such a beautiful porcelain clock!  It's not vintage but it is so pretty, we decided to bring it to you.  The primary design is the hand applied porcelain roses in the center with the ribbon tails showing underneath, all accented in gold.  But the shape of this clock adds to the beauty, it's shaped like an old antique clock with little feet and all.  The clock is Quartz, has Roman Numerals and gold filigree hands.  The clock piece is removable to change the battery, takes one AA battery and works perfectly.  There is a condition issue, please see below for details.  This piece is stamped:  "Avon China, Chine Avon".  This clock will look great no matter where you place it, a mantel would be great, a bedroom, girl's room, so many décor options!
  • Material:  Porcelain
  • Dimensions:  6.25 inches Tall and almost 4.5 inches Wide (at its widest point), approx. 3.0 inches Deep (including the protruding roses).
  • Condition: Used.  Good Condition.  One rose has a chipped petal.  The little buds on the side, one has a chipped petal as well, barely noticeable, you really have to go looking for it.  Otherwise, there are no scratches, chips or other defects on this piece.  Clock works perfectly when we tested it.  Batteries not included.  Please review all pictures and make sure you love this item before purchasing, we can't accept returns. Please remember these USED items, they are NOT new, there could be signs of use, wear and long term storage, every effort has been made to show any scratches, wear / tear and imperfections.

For more than 80 years, Avon has been selling health and beauty products, personal care, jewelry, perfumes, clothing, and many other items.  Sometimes they package their products in beautiful decanters and other glassware that have become a favorite of collectors.  In the mid 1960's, Avon began producing novelty containers for perfumes and colognes.  Collectors loved the new products, and Avon began creating more collectibles to draw in their customers.  Avon started selling dinnerware, glasses and other home items starting in 1975 with the ruby red 1876 Cape Cod Collection. That collection was so successful that Avon has continued releasing different glassware, giftware and dinnerware collections for many years.
