A large, vivid blue bird perches on a branch at the center, framed above and flanked by gilded scrollwork and below by what appears to be a British-style coat of arms — lions and unicorn, much like a royal crest — all rendered in the embossed and gilded chromolithographic style that made this era of cigar label design so extraordinary. The copyright date is printed directly on the label, placing this piece precisely in 1917. New Old Stock, never used, in pristine condition. Age-appropriate yellowing on the reverse only — the face is vivid and pristine. Two available.
