  • Vintage  Vintage Candy Dish, Christmas Poinsettia, Frosted Glass
  • Made in Japan
  • Vintage: circa 1990's
  • Details:  This is a very pretty dish, called a Round Tray by Studio Nova, but we see it more like a candy or nut dish.  It features a highly detailed, embossed poinsettia in the center with an unusually shaped rim that narrows towards one side with a thick gold rim, very pretty. This is thick, heavy glass and quality you've come to expect from Studio Nova, a Mikasa family of companies.  It retains its original box in great condition and reads in part: "Studio Nova, Gilded Poinsettia, Round Tray, Japan".  This is definitely a beautiful piece for the holidays.
  • Material:  Glass
  • Dimensions: Dish: 5.0 inches in Diameter, 1.25 inches Tall.  Box: 5.5 x 5.5 x 1.5 inches
  • Condition:  Vintage, Used.  Excellent Condition.  There are no chips, cracks, stains.  It retains the original box, also in great condition.  Please review all pictures and make sure you love this item before purchasing, we can't accept returns. The Studio Nova brand is a member of the Mikasa family and was created in 1984 for the fashion minded consumer that was looking for value.  In the 1960's Mikasa refined their product range by introducing new patterns in unique groups known as "lines."  The Studio Nova "line" was produced for the young-at-heart.  They also introduced, "Home Beautiful" which appealed to those who wanted durability and affordability and the Christopher Stuart line reflected the taste of the consumer who wanted a broad selection of styles.  In 2001, Mikasa merged with J.G. Durand Industries, but has continued to trade under the name Mikasa.  Studio Nova was discontinued in 2007.
