Details: This gorgeous Smoked Carnival glass bowl was made by Federal Glass and introduced circa 1974. Based on the traditional Carnival glass of the past, Federal Glass was re-introducing the nostalgic pattern as "Yesterday's styling and colorful iridescence" in a new smoked glass. This bowl is embossed with fruits in the center and has a wonderful pleated and ruffled border. We think the best part about this bowl is the colorful Carnival finish, just beautiful. This is a very versatile bowl, works great as a fruit bowl, can be used as a serving bowl or just as pretty all by itself as decor.
