Condition: Excellent — no pitting, scratches, or tarnish. They have a lovely patina, but if you like very shiny brass, a little brass cleaner is all they need. Please review photos closely before purchasing, as all sales are final.
An exquisite set of bookends shaped like duck or swan heads, so graceful that we have not found any exactly like them. Their heads are bowed, with curved necks and beautifully carved eyes, and they are most likely swans. We looked everywhere and found a lot of duck head bookends, but none exactly like these. We see no signs of damage, and they have a gorgeous vintage brass color with a natural patina, not overtly shiny. Both retain their original labels that read "Made in Korea."
They would look lovely as decor on a bookshelf or mantel; really, anywhere you put them, they will add elegance, character, and beauty.
