• Details:  This is a very elegant wire basket.  From Godinger Silver, this pattern is very intricate with lots of grape clusters, large grape leaves and vines with and a pretty "swing" (movable) handle.  It is part of the "Grape" pattern collection from Godinger Silver Art which included hostess and serving pieces like napkin rings, salt and pepper shakers, cheese knives, serving spoons, coasters, champagne flutes and this beautiful basket.  Useful as a bread/rolls server, for fruits or lovely on its own as decor.  It retains its original sticker that reads: "GSA Godinger Silver Art Co LTD, Made in China." It has a nice weight to it, heavy for its size. Its vintage charm and refined metalwork bring timeless elegance to any room, while the durable silverplate finish ensures lasting beauty. • Condition:  Vintage - Used.  Very Good Vintage Condition.   As with all used silverplated pieces, there are minor surface scratches, mostly on the bottom, and marks, all acceptable due to age/use/wear.  There are no dents.
