- Pattern: Wheelbarrow
- Made in USA
- Vintage: 1940's - 1950's (estimated)
- Description: This cute wheelbarrow was originally sold as an ashtray, there's even an indentation in the back to hold the cigarette. We believe they were made by L. E. Smith between 1946 and 1954, during a time when smoking was part of everyday life and even considered glamorous. These were used for parties or poker/card games and other get togethers,, most likely everyone had their own individual wheelbarrow to use at the table. It is very well made, lots of detail. Today they can be used as salt cellars, (a small spoon can rest on the indentation), to hold rings by the sink (cute in a country or farmhouse kitchen!), to corral stamps or other small items on a desk, or simply on their own as Spring and Summer decor.
- Material: Glass
- Dimensions: 5.0 inches Long, 2.5 inches Wide, just a bit over 1.0 inches Tall (at its tallest point)
- Condition: Vintage - Used. Excellent Condition. However, there is a manufacturing flaw, somehow a piece of debris got inside the glass, inside the wheel. Pictures were enhanced to show detail. Please review all pictures and make sure you love this item before purchasing, we can't accept returns. Please remember these are VINTAGE and ANTIQUE items, they are NOT new, every effort has been made to show any scratches, wear and tear and imperfections.
