- Details: This is a very old advertisement for The General Dual 8 Car Tires from 1938, full page in just two colors, red and black. We absolutely love the look of these low color images, they really stand out as true vintage in today's multi-color world. The tag line is: "Goes a Long Way to Make Friends". Great vintage illustration of young couples out for a ride. The other side has a 1/4 page black and white advertisement for "Band-Aid" and another 1/4 page offer for a free booklet from Botany Mills. This is an original page from the magazine, not a print or reproduction, the colors remain bright.
