Decorated on the lid with wild roses in dark and light pink, yellow, red, and white, with green and gray leaves. Both top and bottom carry a thick 22-carat gold rim. Stamped on the base: "Gerold-Porzellan, Bavaria, Made in W-Germany." This pattern has been in production since 1949; the use of "West Germany" ended in 1989, placing this piece between those years — most likely the 1970s.
