Details: This is a very beautiful and very old china pattern. It has brown scrolls all along the border surrounded by tiny red, yellow and blue flowers with green leaves. It has a gold rim and a gold verge, with flowers in the center. The border is smooth which is important to note because there are three variations of this pattern. If you're collecting this pattern or trying to match an existing set, please note: One variation has a smooth border but no gold in the center (no verge), that's pattern #1631 by Taylor Smith. A second variation, again, no gold in the center (no verge), but the rim is not smooth, it is ruffled; that's #TST180 by Taylor Smith. The pattern we are offering here, has a smooth rim and a gold verge, it's #1797. This is not white porcelain, it's a cream /off white color and the border is a very light yellow. Dimension: 6.25 inches in Diameter
Condition: Vintage - Used. Very Good Condition considering its age. There are no cracks, chips, or visible scratches but there is crazing, very little signs of wear if any.
