A 1969–1978 Leonard Silver Manufacturing Co. "No. 533" silverplate water pitcher, made in Italy — lion claw feet, a scrolled handle, and shell motifs, still in its original box.
- Maker: Leonard Silver Manufacturing Co.
- Pattern: No. 533
- Materials: Silverplate
- Origin: Italy
- Era: Vintage, 1969–1978 (discontinued)
- Dimensions: 8.25" tall, 8.0" wide, approx. 5.0" diameter, holds 2 qts; original box 9.0" × 7.75" × 5.5"
- Condition: Very good — light tarnish beginning to form, will respond well to cleaning; surface scratches consistent with age. Please review photos closely before purchasing, as all sales are final.
A handsome gift for a silver collector, or a formal serving piece for anyone who appreciates elegant Italian silverplate.
The form is strikingly elegant: scrolled handle, lion claw feet, and shell motifs throughout. Engraved "Leonard Silverplate" on the base. Comes in its original box with a silver anti-tarnish paper strip — the paper is old enough that some light tarnish has begun to form, but the pitcher itself will clean up beautifully. Very hard to photograph silver accurately — happy to send additional photos on request.
