The eagle is centered within a gold circle outlined by olive branches with a gold ribbon — the same design mirrored on both sides. The pattern has been loosely attributed to Libbey, but no authoritative source confirms it — three known Libbey gold eagle patterns exist, and this isn't any of them. If you have information, we'd genuinely love to know.
