- Details: This is a fine porcelain collector's plate from a series of Christmas plates by artist Sister Bertha Hummel, issued by Schmid Brothers. This plate features the iconic Hummel Angels, this one is walking besides a child, it's called The Guardian Angel, and it's dated Christmas 1974. The plate has the Hummel signature and a pretty blue rim. This is a beautiful plate, would make a very nice decoration in Winter, at Christmas time, or as part of the wall plate collection year round. There are no pre-drilled holes, you will need a plate hanger or stand to display it. Retains the original box, a bit yellowed, some tape, tears, but good condition for storage.
