Details: A very large (and heavy) shallow bowl with a figural shell shape. This is real solid brass, not plated. The design is well done and has a pretty swirl at the bottom and a convenient handle. It retains its original label that simply reads: "Made in India". The scallop shell has been used in decor throughout time in furniture, architecture, art, advertisement, and home decor objects, it's perfect just about anywhere.
Condition: Vintage - Used. Very Good Vintage Condition. We have not cleaned this piece, if you like the patina of older pieces as we do, no need for cleaning. As expected with vintage brass, there are some dark spots and other marks, acceptable due to age/use/wear.
