The bakeware collectors go looking for — and the cooks keep using for decades.
Fire King's Blue Cornflower is one of those patterns with a story: when Corning released their own Cornflower Blue, the similarity caused enough confusion that collectors started naming this one specifically. A later version with fuller petals became Blue Cornflower 2 — making this the original. Made in Lancaster, Ohio, embossed #435, in the silky smooth milk glass that made Fire King a household name. Note: not dishwasher safe — hand wash to preserve that perfect luster.
Lovely on the counter, lovelier on the table. A wonderful gift for a Fire King collector or anyone who bakes and believes the dish matters as much as what's in it.
