Two collector names in one piece — and it earns both.
From 1961 to 1985, Fostoria made glass vessels for Avon, and this pressed glass candle holder with the Daisy & Diamond pattern is a lovely example of that partnership. The bowl is covered in alternating daisy flowers and diamond cuts, with the pattern continuing down onto the footed base. "AVON" is embossed on the bottom. It's sized for a taper candle but honestly begs for other uses — a small vase, a jewelry holder, a catch-all on a vanity. The Avon-Fostoria collaboration produced pieces that were beautiful enough to keep long after the candle was gone, and this one proves it.
