  • Pattern: Unknown - Floral
  • Made in Japan
  • Vintage: 1940's - 1960's (estimated)
  • Details:  This is a beautiful bowl, more like a decorative piece then one you would use at the table, not for food use 1) because of the beautiful hand painting in the center of the bowl, it would eventually be ruined from use, and 2) not sure if safe for food use. The pattern consists of hand painted flowers in pink, blue and yellow with their bright green, as well as blue, leaves. It has very pretty border, not only embossed with swirls, but also an added, intricate design, on four sides. The back is simply stamped: "Made in Japan". Unfortunately there are no identifying marks to let us know who or when it was made. Based on the style and the mark, we dated it anywhere from 1940's to 1960's. There are some condition issues, please see "Condition" below.
  • Materials: Ceramic
  • Dimensions: 8.0 inches in Diameter, 2.0 inches Tall
  • Condition: Vintage - Used. Good Vintage Condition. There is a small chip on the underside of the bowl, but it just catches the rim. It has a very faint crack on the outside. There is also a manufacturing defect almost in the center, a small circle within a green leaf, visible up close. All photographed for you.  Please review all pictures and make sure you love this item before purchasing, we can't accept returns.  Please remember these are ANTIQUE  and VINTAGE items, they are NOT new, every effort has been made to show any scratches, wear and tear and imperfections.
