1 in stock

  • Pattern:  SAD76
  • Made by Andrea by Sadek
  • Vintage 1980's
  • Details:  A gorgeous cake plate with a matching server to delight your guests.  This set is made of fine porcelain china by Sadek (also known as Charles Sadek Import Company) and features grape vines, grape leaves with beautiful purple grape clusters and tiny pink and white flowers.  All surrounded by a pastel yellow border rimmed in a beautiful green and gold scroll with a gold rim.  The set is still in its original box with its original labels, the box is in good condition but a bit scuffed. PLEASE SEE PICTURES and see "Condition" below.  We love the look of green and yellow for Spring and Summer and this set would make a great tableware addition on a buffet table or dinner party.
  • Material:  Porcelain
  • Dimensions:  10.75 inches in Diameter
  • Condition:  Vintage - Used.  Excellent condition, no chips or cracks, or scratching, looks hardly used at all.  However, on the back of the server/spatula there's what seems to be a factory defect, or perhaps they are all like this but there's a circle without any glazing.  The bottom of the server is also without glazing but I believe that is by design.  PLEASE SEE PICTURES before purchasing.   Please remember these are VINTAGE and ANTIQUE items, they are NOT new. Every effort has been made to show scratches, wear and tear and imperfections. Refunds will not be given unless there’s gross misrepresentation of condition.
  • Shipping is included on every order with some exceptions.  See FAQ's for exceptions.

Andrea by Sadek was founded in 1936 by Charles and Norman Sadek and it is still family owned.  It is also known as Charles Sadek Import Company and they are  headquartered in New Rochelle, New York.  Charles named the company Andrea in honor of his daughter, who is still involved in the design of their products.  After WWII Norman Sadek started trade with Japan an inspired Japanese factories to produce higher quality products.  You can still find, if rarely, Andrea by Sadek products in the market with the stamp “Occupied Japan”.   Sadek is a leader in the gift and tableware industry, they have beautiful porcelain products such as: flowers, birds and other figurines, as well as salt and pepper shakers, tea sets and tea accessories, lamps, dinnerware and much more.  Sadly in November, 2010, Norman  Sadek passed away.  Today his son Jim, along with his wife, and Norman's daughters Andrea and Lauren, all run the company.
